The inverters are delivered with the installed MC4 cable option*). *) The option must be ordered at the same time as the inverter. A retrofit version is not available. Original MC4 Multi-Contact PV coupling plugs and sockets must also be used for connecting the PV generator.
Growatt BMS | For SPH inverters
The Growatt BMS (Battery Management System) controller is a device located between the inverter and the battery. Its function is to check the state of charge of the cells and to balance them, i.e. to charge the cells individually with the current and voltage appropriate for them. With photovoltaic systems also designed for energy storage, the BMS is necessary if the inverter does not have a built-in controller. The BMS controller supports from 3-10 Growatt ARK-2.5H-A1 batteries.
