Growatt THOR 11AS-P can be used in various scenarios including residential and commercial. Its capacity ranges of 11-22kW AC charger and 20/40kW DC. With the highlighted GroHome system and PV linkage charge mode that is driven by solar, charge your car with 100% renewable energy, the EV will be charged by the surplus solar power dynamically, combining PV and EV charger together to maximize the solar self-consumption rate and cut your bill.

Description
The Growatt THOR 11AS-P (WIFI, LCD, RFID*1 Card, 5m cable) is an 11 kW, three-phase smart AC EV charger designed for faster charging at residential and commercial properties with a three-phase power supply. It includes a fixed 5m Type 2 cable and an integrated LCD screen.

  • 11 kW Fast Charging: As an 11 kW, three-phase charger, it provides significantly faster charging speeds than standard 7 kW single-phase units, delivering approximately 38-40 miles of range per hour (depending on the EV model).
  • Solar Integration: It features a “PV Linkage” mode that allows users to charge their EV using 100% surplus solar energy from compatible PV systems, maximizing self-consumption and reducing electricity costs.
  • Smart Control & Monitoring: The charger can be monitored and controlled via the Growatt ShinePhone mobile app, offering smart scheduling and real-time status updates.
  • Integrated LCD Display: Unlike the 7AS-P model, this version includes an LCD screen that displays real-time charging status, time, and consumed electricity information.
  • Multiple Activation Methods: Users can start/stop charging sessions through the mobile app, the included RFID card (one card provided), or simple “Plug & Play” functionality.
  • Durable and Safe Design: The unit boasts an IP65 protection rating, ensuring it is dust-tight and protected from water splashes for both indoor and outdoor installations. It also has comprehensive safety protections including over-voltage, short-circuit, and 6mA DC fault current protection (equivalent to Type B RCD).
  • Load Balancing: When paired with an external energy meter, the charger can dynamically manage power output to prevent overloading the property’s main electrical supply.
