This LED mining lamp charging rack charges ELM 01 SD/PSD and ELM 04 SD/PSD cap lamps at the same time, through the headlamp. It is the core equipment of a mine lamp room, where dozens or hundreds of lamps must be ready at the start of every shift.

Applications and installation

Install the charging rack in the surface lamp room, inside a dry indoor space, and feed it from 230V AC. The IP20 rating limits it strictly to protected interiors, away from any classified area. Each lamp is placed with its headlamp seated in a charging station. The 10-station version fits small crews, while the 50 and 100-station racks serve operations with large workforces. Only ELM lamps with headlamp charging are compatible. Air-conditioned or ventilated lamp rooms are advisable where ambient humidity is high.
